JOB DESCRIPTION:

Evaluate, plan, configure, install and maintain fairly complex system implementations to support the business needs of the organization and operating units. Provide planning and support consulting services to ensure the maximization of new and existing investments and resolve fairly complex business problems.
Accountabilities:

  • Provides analytical, technical and problem resolution services
  • Develops, implements and adheres to policies, procedures and standards
  • Provides business services to assigned facilities and system wide service lines
  • Develops staff
  • Maintains awareness of health care environment and information systems technology
  • Manages, coordinates, plans and participates in projects
  • Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS in Business or Computer Science.
  • (3~4 years) in Information Systems evaluating, configuring and installing complex system implementations.
  • One year experience in IT supporting a Contact Center 24/7 is preferred.
  • Telecolm experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated technical, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent team player and customer service orientation. 
  • Extensive travel to Advocate sites is required: and occasional out~of~town travel is required.
  • On~call rotation support is required.
