Position Requirements:
Education Required:
Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or
Associate's Degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
Experience Required:

Typically requires 4~5 years of experience in Business Sales in Health Care required.

Must have EHR workflow analysis experience and Health Care account management.
Must have strong knowledge and competency in Electronic Health records, Epic preferred.
Must have previous experience in establishing relationships with clients and maintaining those relationships for an extended period of time.
Serve as the initial point of contact during the pre~implementation cycle for all contract inquiries.
Demonstrated knowledge of how EHR workflows are impactful when implementing in a healthcare setting.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with advanced knowledge of clinic processes and workflows.
Ability to be flexible wih multiple tasks.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to establish good working relationships with physicians and practice staff.
Occasional weekend, evening hours, and out of town is required.
Exposed to a normal office environment.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
This position requires travel so will be exposed to weather and road conditions.

Purpose:
The EMR Liaison will develop a relationship with Community Connect APP practices ensuring that practices understand the full potential and benefits of the ECC Community Connect program before their implementation is initiated. The EMR Liaison works proactively with the practice to familiarize them with Epic Community Connect offering, guide them through the ECC agreement and works collaboratively with the implementation team to transition them to a ready to kick off state.

Accountabilities:
Establishes a relationship with the APP practices to ensure the full potential and benefits of the ECC Community Connect program.
Evaluates practice readiness and familiarizes providers with the ECC implementation plan.
Provides high level Epic demos as needed to familiarize practices with the functionality.
Effectively communicates the legacy EMR migration options.
Communicates various patient billing options provided by the ECC program to ensure practice success.
Manages the ECC agreement through execution. Evaluates practice needs and workflows to recommend best time and sequence of implementation.
After agreement execution, works with practice and APP resources to ensure a smooth transition to the pre~implementation phase.
