This role will provide administrative and clinical leadership to plan, coordinate and manage team members and resources in order to provide the highest quality patient care with trained, professional, and competent staff in the most cost-effective manner. This role will collaborate with physicians and other health care disciplines to assure optimal patient care in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.

This position will oversee all clinical operations related to pediatric hematology/oncology programs at the Park Ridge campus, ensuring that quality patient care is provided in a safe but cost effective manner.

The manager will collaborate with physicians to develop best practices and to develop best clinical programs to meet the market need. This position has accountability for planning, leadership development, organizing, ensuring high quality patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, physician integration, customer satisfaction, and associate engagement.

The Manager analyzes and prioritizes new busines opprtunities to meet community needs, to grow the service line, manage finances, and develop and strengthen physician relationships.



Bachelors degree in Nursing plus Masters degree (MBA, MHA, health related field) OR Bachelors degree plus Masters degree in Nursing required.
5 years of previous management and pediatric hematology/oncology experience.

ACLS, TNS, CCRN, PALS Certification
