Position Requirements:
Associate's Degree
At least 5 years office experience
Proficiency in MS OFFICE applications


Able to take minutes using shorthand
Able to respond appropriately to varying needs and concerns of customers (internal and external) and deadlines
Excellent time management, organization, task prioritization abilities and problem solving
Excellent telephone and face~to~face customeservice skills
Able to take charge of specific projects from start to finish
Able to make independentdecisions and follow through
Flexible, ability to adapt tochanging environment
Provides support todesignated committees
Must be able to travel to multiple sites and transport materials (large
quantities).

Must be able to do light lifting according to DOL guidelines
Requires flexible hours to fulfill program activities may include weekends


Purpose:
To coordinate and manage multiple data collections including a centralized system for management of education, documents and auditing necessary for publicly reported data and other registries.
To provide administrative support for VP of Clinical Excellence and the Clinical Excellence Department.

Accountabilities:
As instructed by the department leadership team, serves as the Data Management Coordinator for the Clinical Excellence Dept and Performance Improvement Representative to assigned clinical departments/units.
Develop special reports as requested in support of VP of Clinical Excellence and/or Manager of Clinical Excellence.
As instructed, Provides administrative support to VP of Clinical Excellence. Assists with administrative support for Clinical Excellence Department as instructed by VP of Clinical Excellence.
Participates in DNV/IDPH survey readiness rounds across ALGH.
