Breast Health Coordinator

Provides day to day supervision and operational support to the Caldwell Breast Center staff and patients. Facilitates operational efficiency through the appropriate scheduling of personnel, department resources and throughput. Initiates process improvements based on quality and health outcomes. Maintain customer satisfaction through continuous assessment of patient needs, offered services and implementing streamlined processes for efficient patient care.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Completion of an AMA approved program
  • 3 years’ experience as a registered technologist
  • 1 year experience in a breast center setting
  • ARRT, IEMA or ARDMS license.
  • CPR
  • Evidence of specialize training of anatomy and physiology, equipment, quality control, service recovery/customer satisfaction

 

Accountabilities:

  • Participates with leadership to provide positive work environment for staff in terms of growth, development and job satisfaction
  • Assist leadership with day to day operations to ensure high quality and cost-effective patient care
  • Practices the principles of Performance Improvement in order to contribute to positive patient outcomes
  • Focus on patient engagement for optimal patient experience
  • Oversees and maintain hospital regulatory systems and federally mandated accreditations
  • Assist management in addition to independently maintaining staff performance
