Provide clinical patient care leadership in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
To provide clinical leadership to plan, coordinate and manage personnel and resources in order to provide the highest quality patient care with trained, professional and competent staff in the most cost~effective manner. To collaborate with physicians and other health care disciplines to assure optimal patient care.


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing required
  • RN Licensure in the state of Illinois
  • 3-5 years experience in a NICU environment
  • 1-2 years leadershp experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work cohesively with a diverse work group


  1. Assist PCC leadership with day to day operation to ensure high quality and cost effective patient care
  2. Practices the principles of Performance Improvement in order to contribute to positive patient outcomes
  3. Participates with PCC leadership to provide positive work environment for staff in terms of growth and development and job satisfaction
  4. Responsible for personal/professional growth and development
