Site:- The Health Informatics and Technology department at Advocate Aurora Health has offices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Oak Brook, Illinois.

Position Requirements:
BA/BS in Business or Computer Science or related field is a plus or equivalent progressive Information Systems experience (3~7 years).

We seek MULTIPLE candidates who have certification and experience with Epic Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, and Resolute Professional Billing and Claims modules. Individuals should have at least 2 - 7 years of design, build, testing and implementation experience.

Senior analyst level positions are available for candidates who possess multiple certifications, more years of experience, and understand integration between other Epic and non-Epic solutions.

Coordinates and plans projects, active in on~call rotation, provides independent resolution of complex problems, recognized by team members as product knowledgeable, reliable and consistent example of team work and customer service.

Travel to Advocate sites is required: and occasional out~of~town travel is required.

24~hour/7 day a week on~call support is required.

Purpose:
Plan, design, implement, maintain and provide ongoing optimization and support for Epic Revenue Cycle applications.

Configure solutions to support business processes to meet the operational and technical needs of the organization. 

Serves as a liaison between revenue cycle operations (pre-service and back-end billing and claims), internal information technology, system users and vendors. Acts as a consultant on moderately to highly complex issues related to the Epic application. Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology to ensure Epic features and functionality are fully leveraged.

Maintains awareness of health care environment and information technology, primarily related to the use of Epic solutions.
Manage, coordinate, plan and participate in projects.
Provide analytical, technical and issues resolution services.
Develop, implement and adhere to policies, procedures and standards.
Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships.
