Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

8~10 years experience in a complex IT environment.

Extensive knowledge in project planning and management.

Experience with server design, installation, and support including database administration.

PC/LAN operating environment experience that includes:

Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Products, automated software deployment and device management tools.

Active Directory experience that includes, group policy creation and administration , user and device management.Good problem determination skills.
Good communication skills.

Proficient customer service skills.

Knowledge of a variety of hardware platforms and operating systems.

Excellent management experience of large projects.
Microsoft MCITP: Enterprise Administrator is preferred.
Must be able to lift boxes/equipment weighing 60 lbs. or more.

Must be able to travel to various

Advocate sites. 24 hour/7 day on call support required.
Manages the development, design, configuration, installation, implementation, and support of large complex network systems. These network systems must be developed and designed such that they support the strategic application systems as well as position the network for future growth and the effective use of technology.

Provides hardware and software consulting services.
Establishes and Maintains Positive Working and Customer Relationships  
Continuous Development of Professional and Technical Skills  
Develop, design, manage, configure, install, implement and support complex site projects or Advocate~wide projects utilizing standard Advocate components.
Develops strategic plans for Advocate site systems, in support of strategic application systems, that provides for standardization, high availability, and positions Advocate for effective utilization of new technologies. Develop and participate in Disaster Recovery planning and testing.
Provides site top~level problem support.
Develops, implements and adheres to policies, procedures and standards  
Manages day~to~day activities of assigned support staff.
Training Support  
Administers Microsoft Active Directory for Designated Site
Manages Standard Software Environment for Designated Site
