Create, coordinate, plan and implement evidence~based programs designed to enhance the orientation/onboarding and continuing professional development of clinical associates across Advocate Health Care System.

Partner with site and system leadership to provide guidance and support of best~practice delivery of orientation/onboarding and ongoing professional development activities.

Develop curricula using proven and varied methods to deliver effective education

Provide educational support activities that build and strengthen nursing practice while ensuring that programs support the mission, values, and goals of Advocate Health Care.

Provide leadership in responding to system and site~based clinical practice change.


  • Master's degree in Nursing or related health field.
  • ​4 years experience in nursing or allied health   
  •  Current RN license in the State of Illinois.
  • 2 years experience with curriculum development and use of variety of learning methods
  • Advanced presentation and program design skills.
  • Experience with regulatory agency standards, such as OSHA, IDPH, and DNV
  • Problem solving/analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of ONA CNE requirements.
  • Ability to travel to various Advocate Health Care facilities including occasionally to WI
  • Familiar with quality improvement tools and techniques.
