Position Requirements:-

Bachelor's Degree in nursing, informatics or related field or equivalent experience and clinical licensure
2+ years experience working in a clinical setting.
Familiar with EMR systems. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Demonstrated analytical, and problem solving skills.
Excellent team player, customer service focused. EpicCare Ambulatory Certification within first 12 months Detail orientated person with strong analytical skills.
Ability to flex with multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Good working relationship with providers and staff.
Occasional out of town travel required.
Occasional weekend hours required.
Strong team player.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Directly involved in the support and promotion of the EMR to Clinical/NonClinical staff. Maintain a close working relationship with the EMR Team on issues of enhancement choices, business process redesign and clinic~wide enterprise projects. Lead development and improvement of medical documentation tools. Work closely with EMR team, providers, clinical and non~clinical staff, QI/UM, and senior leadership to improve and design/redesign workflows and protocols in support of Dreyer Medical Clinic's MVP and Epic standards.

Accountabilities:
Build and maintain Epic Products, modules and functionality
Collaborate with end users, team members, leadership, and software vendors to propose solutions to operational changes and projects and develop end~user workflows
Assists in planning, and participates in special projects
Develop, maintain, document, and follow EMR procedures
Provide support for end~user issue resolution and training initiatives
Maintains awareness of health care environment and information systems technology
