Status: Fulltime exempt (40 hours per week)

Position Requirements:
BA/BS in Business or Computer Science/computer certification is a plus or equivalent experience

(1~3 years) Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills technical, analytical, and problem solving skills good team player and customer service orientation.

Extensive travel to Advocate sites is required: and occasional out~of~town travel is required.24 hour/7 day a week on~call support is required.

Purpose:
Install, configure, convert and maintain systems to support the business needs of the organization and operating unit. Provide support consulting services to ensure maximization of new and existing investments and resolve business problems.

Accountabilities:
Provides analytical, technical and problem resolution services
Manages, coordinates, plans and participates in projects
Develops, implements and adheres to policies, procedures and standards
Provides business services to assigned facilities and system wide service lines
Develops staff
Maintains awareness of health care environment and information systems technology.
Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships
