Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing required
  • 5 years clinical experience
  • 2 years of previous management experience preferred. Organizational, planning delegation skills

To provide administrative and clinical leadership to plan, coordinate and manage personnel and resources in order to provide the highest quality patient care with trained, professional, and competent staff in the most cost~effective manner. To collaborate with physicians and other health care disciplines to assure optimal patient care. To provide oversight, management and leadership for the Registered Nurses, Patient Care Technicians, Patient Care Companion, Bed Control, and Secretary assigned to the Clinical Resource Unit. As leader of the large Clinical Resource Unit, responsible to ensure compliance, competence and clarity of roles as associates are assigned to different departments. Responsible for results oriented business oversight and accountability within the nursing resource department on a 24~hour basis. Plans, coordinates, and manages nursing and clinical personnel in the provision of high quality and cost-effective patient care services.


  1. Planning, management, implementation and evaluation of operations/services to ensure quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  2. Responsible for the selection, development, motivation and evaluation of staff.
  3. Maintenance of effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.
  4. Preparation and administration of budgets to ensure adequate personnel, Facilities, and supplies.
  5. Responsible for personal and professional growth and development.
