Position Requirements:
Bachelors Degree, preferably in healthcare or leadership field
Four years related experience
2 years Leadership experience
Strong Fiscal Management skills
In-dept utilization knowledge of software packages (productivity, fiscal, inventory)
Demonstrated knowledgeable skills in business development, profit loss analysis N/A Ability to meet flexible work hours
Ability to work within a rapid changing environment
Ability to work collaboratively with internal /external customers
Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple simultaneous requests
 

Purpose:
This role serves to manage the Business Services for all of Periop Services (Main OR, Day Surgery, PACU, Anesthesia, SPD, PAT), OPC, OP Recovery, Pain Clinic, Venous Access, GI Lab, Wound Center, Neurodiagnostics, CV Services (EP Lab, Cath Lab, Heart Failure Clinic, Cardiac Rehab, Cardio Diagnostics) and Interventional Radiology.

Accountabilities:
Business Oversight ~ responsible for the overall business/fiscal management for all of Periop Services (Main OR, Day Surgery, PACU, Anesthesia, SPD, PAT), OPC, OP Recovery, Pain Clinic, Venous Access, GI Lab, Wound Center, Neurodiagnostics, CV Services (EP Lab, Cath Lab, Heart Failure Clinic, Cardiac Rehab, Cardio Diagnostics) and Interventional Radiology.
Pricing and Billing ~ Responsible for assuring proper pricing and billing are implemented and maintained.
Strategic Planning
Inventory Management ~ Assures inventory is maintained appropriately.
