Purpose:
Leads design and development of organization development activities and solutions that support the desired organization culture and effectiveness of teams and individuals to meet organization goals. Provides effective project management support to deliver highly effective organization development solutions that support the business strategies and objectives. Evaluates the impact of programs on business outcomes.

Accountabilities:
Designs and develops organization development tools and solutions to support strategic organization objectives with culture alignment, change capability/management, and team and individual effectiveness.
Partners with subject matter experts and HR colleagues to identify gaps and develop organization development solutions that are consistent with best practices, strategic organization development needs, and desired outcomes.
Collaborates with leaders, team members and HR colleagues to create project plans and lead project delivery for effective/timely implementation of organization development solutions.
Researches externally to benchmark and evaluate best practice standards to support best organizational development solutions that support evolution of the organization culture and improving team and individual effectiveness.
Builds and maintains organization development tools and supports. Continuously improves tools by enhancing based on feedback, adoption and current state organization needs.
Evaluates the effectiveness and assesses the impact on the business of organizational development activities. Utilizes this information in order to support making decisions e.g., improvements, modifications, etc.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
  • Typically requires 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources consultation or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with a variety of Organizational Development tools, practices and procedures (e.g., culture, organization development, leadership and team effectiveness, organization design, program evaluation, etc).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communiate effectively with all levels.
  • Ability to develop tools and deliverables that are easily understand and adopted by leaders and team members.
  • Skills in measuring and evaluating effectiveness of organization development solutions
  • Utilizes team facilitation skills, including helping participants process complex ideas, surface concerns, own solutions and clarify implications to effectively manage group process and achieve specific outcomes.
  • Effective critical and creative thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • High level of proficiency and literacy in using the Microsoft Office Suite, similar products and other technology solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group.
  • This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
  • Exposed to a normal office environment.
