Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in talent acquisition / staffing or HR, preferably in health care
Plus 1~2 years management or lead experience.
Experience with staffing analytics. Resiliency and flexibility to deal with a rapidly changing and stressful environment
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated problem~solving abilities
Excellent relationship building skills
Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, training and holding others accountable
Strong execution and follow through
Experience with LEAN methodology
Extensive knowledge of recruitment and retention principles
Extensive knowledge of employment law
Excellent interview and candidate evaluation skills
Strong political acumen
Project management skills
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems)
PHR Certification Preferred Ability to travel to other sites within Advocate Aurora Health and out of town destinations

Purpose:
To lead and develop a team of recruitment professionals in executing proactive talent acquisition strategies to source, screen, select and onboard high~quality, diverse talent. To translate business needs of quick~fill positions into talent acquisition solutions and leverage resources to achieve effective staffing strategies. To organize, analyze and report on recruitment metrics to drive continued process improvement and new hire satisfaction.

Accountabilities:
Leads a team of Recruiters to deliver high~quality recruitment support for hiring managers across the Advocate system. Leads a team of Onboarding Agents to ensure a top~notch new hire experience.
Drives an efficient and effective recruitment process from start to finish, including integrating best practices in the hiring process, candidate assessment and interview tools, best sourcing channels, etc.
Manages the recruitment dashboard to measure the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of processes and outcomes for talent acquisition.
