Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Nursing required
3 to 5 years experience in nursing.
1 year clinical leadership experience.

This position may need to recognize needs and behavior of specific age groups of patients treated. In this case, prior experience with such age groups is preferred.

RN licensure in the state of Illinois
CPR Certification

.6/24 hours a week but could get more hours on occasion to cover for vacation/sick time of peers.

PM and Night Shift.

Weekends would be 7pm to 7am

Managing all the in-house units.
Will be expected to participate with peers in self~scheduling.
Remains flexible in a changing environment.

Efficient and calm in stressful conditions.

Candidate must have great presentation, in-person, written and verbal.


Purpose:
To provide administrative/clinical leadership, and management of personnel and resources to facilitate the provision of quality patient care across all departments throughout the hospital. Incumbent serves as the representative for administration during assigned hours which include the evening and night shifts seven days a week, and 24 hour coverage on weekends and holidays.

Accountabilities:
Coordinates resource management.
Maintains ongoing operations of the hospital during assigned hours on duty.
Supervise hospital wide activities to ensure overall provision of quality patient care consistent with Advocate Trinity Hospital's Mission and Philosophy and policies and procedures.
Contributes and supports programs designed for continued improvement of operations and enhancement of the work environment.
Responsible for personal and professional growth and development.
