Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, or equivalent bachelors level degree in a closely related field of study (culinary, hospitality management)
  • 3+ years management experience
  • 2 ~ 3 years registered dietician experience or in a role requiring application of nutritional principles and theory
  • Knowledge of clinical nutrition principles and theory Familiar with Microsoft office Registered Dietician (RD) preferred but not required
  • Serve Safe Certification Required
  • OSHA Risk Category II.

Directs, manages, and supervises clinical nutrition, diet office, patient tray line assembly and delivery activities. Directs and supervises department programs for Accrediting Organization compliance, competencies, quality management and training and development. Plans, directs and oversees Clinical Nutrition activities for inpatients and outpatients at IMMC. Responsibilities will include planning, directing, and implementation of programs for, competencies, quality management, Accrediting Organization compliance, and training and development for the department.
