Position Requirements:
4 years CT and MRI tech experience
2~3 years supervisory experience
Graduate of approved Radiologic Technology program
Knowledge of CT and MRI cross~sectional anatomy and physics
Familiar with CT and MR equipment
Associates Degree in Health Science
Familiarity with CT and MRI keyboard
Knowledge of hospital computer systems
ARRT, IDNS, CPR Available for on~call when necessary
Able to work changing schedules/additional hours to accomplish projects
Able to lift, push, or pull 50# with assistance
Good communication skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to anticipate patient, employee and Department needs and act upon accordingly

Incorporates the provision of cultural and age specific needs while exhibiting communication skills necessary to interpret age specific responses. Primary interaction would be with adult individuals.

Direct, evaluates, and coordinates the operational activities, administrative functions, physician relations, and personnel of the CT and MRI departments.

The supervision of all services to meet department standards of care and/or respond to demand by the customer or referring physicians
Develop and maintain an environment conducive to employee associate satisfaction
Assure equipment repairs through appropriate Biomed Department, maintenance or OEM.
Assists in the development, interpretation and monitoring of department policies, budgets and strategic plans.
Maintain technical, organizational and communication skills.
Maintain compliance with Accrediting Organization and Department Safety standards
Provide patient care specific to procedural requirements and patients' needs within established Department protocols
performs diagnostic tests and function as a staff technologist as required.
