Position Requirements:
Associate degree in health related field with minimial of 5 years CT experience Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
Excellent team building

Knowledge of all department equipment
Ability to work well with otehrs and problem solving
Ability to anticipate patient, employee and department needs for action ARRT registered
IEMA license
CPR certification Ability to be flexible, work weekends, holidays, stats call ins in order to accomodate staffing needs.

Ability to communicate and respond to patients in a timely manner, ensuring Advocate BOE are consistent within the unit

Exposure to ill patietns, may be exposed to bodily fluids and infectious disease.

Ability to handle multiple task and complete work within short time frames.

~Ability to do light, medium or heavy lifting.
LIGHT: Lifting up to 20~50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
MEDIUM: Lifting up to 20~50 pounds occasionally and/or 10~25 pounds frequently and/or up to 10 pounds occasionally.
HEAVY: Lifting 50 to 100 pounds occasionally and/or 50 pounds frequently and/or 10 to 20 pounds constantly.

Coordinator ensures diagnostic quality exams are produced within the designated area. Coordinates, plans and delivers high quality procedures at GSH and off~site. Supervises and coordinates the activities of the Technologist in CT, MRI, and Ultrasound. Assures safe, quality patient care. Provides training and continuing inservices for department technologists. Functions under the direct supervision of the Radiology Manager. Coordinator responsible for submitting feedback to manager for associates annual reviews, annual exam competencies, licensure and annual CPR accuracy.

Performs other related duties as assigned in order to provide smooth and continuous operation of the department.
Coordinates the implementation of short and long range plans that will ensure continued success of imaging operations.
Evaluates environmental safety and provides an environment that is safe based on age and development status and in accordance with established safety standards.
Participation in professional development of self and staff through inservices, meetings, and continuing educational programs appropriate to the goals and needs of the department.
Coordination of Imaging services: CT, MRI, Ultrasound
Proficient and experienced RT in CT
