BS Degree in Health Care or 3-5 years of progressive career in health field.
2-3 years experience in data management, analysis management in a healthcare setting.

Job Description:
This individual serves as a consulting staff associate in the Performance Enhancement Department. This position is responsible for facilitating interdisciplinary, collaborative performance improvement activities, as determined through organizational needs. This position provides administrative and analytical support for department and ongoing enhancement projects. Working with improvement teams and manages database systems related to improvement processes.
Accountabilities:
1. Provides performance enhancement consultation and staff support to Operations Improvement department and project teams.
2. Assist department in facilitating sub groups designed to monitor outcomes and assess progress through data analysis as assigned
3. Supports information systems and preparation of data reports for internal and external customers
4. Assists the Director Performance Enhancement and Senior Leadership in managing the infrastructure for support of process improvement teams and committees.
