Job Description:
A. Develops and implements existing wellness services for corporate clients. 60 % 1. Plans, coordinates and delivers wellness services including health fairs, lectures, screenings, lifestyle coaching, behavior change programs and health risk assessments to employees of corporate clients.
2. Engages in positive contact with corporate clients and their employees.
3. Provides education to clients and their employees on a variety of different disease states and lifestyle topics.
4. Performs various biometric screenings including (but not limited to) the following: blood pressure, body composition, osteoporosis, flexibility and blood fingerstick screenings.
5. Provides coaching to corporate clients and their employees around their health and wellness goals.
6. Develops and maintains relationships with internal Advocate Fitness and other Advocate Health Care staff to ensure high quality services are delivered.
7. Completes program delivery by billing and evaluating services.
B. Evaluates effectiveness of existing programs. 15 % 1. Develops and maintains relationships with corporate clients and their employees.
2. Meets corporate and employee clients needs and encourages further programming opportunities.
3. Conducts customer satisfaction evaluations on a regular basis both at the client and the employee levels of delivery, as well as adjusts program deliverables based on information received.
4. Generates regular reports on a variety of program outcomes.
5. Performs continuous quality improvements to ensure program success and growth.
6. Measures ROI (Return On Investment) of programs including direct and indirect revenue processes.
C. Creates new wellness program services and deliverables. 15 % 1. Identifies opportunities to expand service offerings considering Advocate Health Care’s strategic plans, as well as industry trends and potential for revenue.
2. Researches and designs new products and/or services.
3. Prepares product/service distribution and delivery plans for each new product or service.
D. Serves as a community wellness resource person. 10 % 1. Provides scientifically based information.
2. Develops, designs and provides written articles and educational information to both internal and external publications.
3. Provides coverage at other facilities as needed.
4. Attends meetings, seminars and workshops relating to the latest research and trends on the promotion of fitness, adherence to exercise and the understanding of improvements of clinical skills and customer service.
5. Participates in focus groups.
