Job Description:

To provide leadership and direction to the patient care function at Condell Medical Center for the consistency of nursing clinical practice and to ensure high quality patient care, physician engagement, patient satisfaction, and an increase in market share. To create an environment for patient care delivery that is characterized by a focus on patient safety, responsiveness, fiscal responsibility, and high associate engagement.
Accountabilities:
1. Provides leadership in elevating the practice of clinical care at Condell Medical Center.
2. Provision of leadership in planning and developing high quality, cost-effective, and customer-centered patient care services.
3. Strategically ensures the continued delivery of high quality, state-of-the-art patient care and services in all facets of hospital operations at Condell Medical Center.
4. Incrementally improves physician engagement with the patient care services, programs, and resources available at Condell Medical Center
5. Leadership in promoting and developing effective relationships with other health care, business, and community organizations.
6. Ensures development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations and laws.
