Job Description:
To provide leadership and coordination of patient care, education, performance improvement, research and clinical operations of the Pediatric Emergency Center (PEC). To manage the personnel and resources that provide the highest quality emergency pediatric patient care with trained, professional, and competent staff in the most cost-effective manner. To collaborate with physicians and other health care disciplines to assure optimal emergency pediatric patient care.
