Job Description:

To facilitate and implement strategic initiatives for the organization in providing quality patient care in a cost-effective manner at the department level. To provide clinical and technical leadership for Invasive and Non-Invasive Diagnostic and Interventional CV Services. Manages, directs and evaluates department standards of care practices to support and develop associates in the provision of patient diagnostic services and quality care. Collaborates with the Medical Director, the Director of CV Diagnostic Operations, Cardiologists, Cardiac Surgeons, Fellows, Coordinators, and other health care disciplines to assure optimal patient care. Facilitates participative management process in the department.
Accountabilities:
1. Serves as Chief Retention Officer.
2. Establishes and effective working relationship with internal and external customers.
3. Manages, develops, implements, and evaluates operational services and standards of care to insure quality patient services, efficiency and effectiveness.
