Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.

6 years of progressively responsible information systems experience with client and project management exposure

Finance experience very helpful.

Certification in computer related curriculum:

Programming skills (ASP.Net, VB.Net, JavaScript/DHTML, VBScript),

IIS Server Installation, maintenance and support

Good Communication skills,Excellent team player

Good Programming skills

Minimal local travel and occasional out-of-town travel required.

24 hour/7 day on-call support required.

Job Description:

Designs, Develops, Implements and Maintains custom Finance & Reporting Service's web based applications. Evaluate and understand business needs within Finance and Reporting Services to aid in the selection and implementation of department's supported applications. Assist with technical and business related questions that will require incumbent’s expertise. Provide guidance and technical support for end users of all supported business applications. Understanding of existing hardware/software infrastructure and must be competent in performing general maintenance when necessary. Use latest Web-based and Multi-Dimensional database tools to create intranet solutions.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND JOB ACTIVITIES:

Application design, development & implementation of web-based applications and analytic tools to support Finance and Reporting Services' customers.

1. Knowledge of how to install, support and maintain Internet/Intranet WEB based servers.

2. Implementation of WEB based solutions which assists in reducing paper and improving business processes.

3. Provide analytical, technical and problem resolution services.

4. Development of routine test plan for all installations.

5. Responds to high-level system emergencies ensuring minimal system downtime.

6. Prepares documentation that defines system upgrades and current configurations.

7. Publish application instructional manuals.

8. Maintain Multi-Dimensional data warehouse and user security to support analytic solution delivery to customers.
