Entry-level Master s /Doctorate degree (or Bachelors degree prior to 2004) in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Maintains continuing education requirements as mandated by professional standards
Eligible for licensure to practice in Illinois
CPR Certification BCLS

Job Description:

Provides direct physical therapy services to patients of all ages who are referred to the department. Selects appropriate evaluation procedures and develops individualized treatment programs to restore or maximize each patient's functional skills.
