Job Description:

The Physical Therapist Registry staff will be reviewed according to the accountabilities and job activities of Staff Physical Therapist I.
Accountabilities:
1. Evaluation and implementation of Physical Therapy treatment programs for patients, safely and effectively.
2. Documentation of patient evaluation, progress and discharge.
3. Coordination of activities with other Physical Medicine personnel.
4. Participation in educational / professional development activities.
5. Implementation of Department Goals.
6. Consultation with other personnel.
Addendum:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Requires Use of Universal Precaution At Times. This position will need to recognize needs and behaviors of a variety of age groups of patients treated (i.e. understand child growth and development, normal patterns of adolescent behavior and look for signs of normal aging). Prior experience with various age groups is preferred.
