Good communication skills
Computer skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with patient care equipment
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Earn 5.0 continuing education credits annually
Minimum 2 years of medical surgical nursing experience
Approval of site Clinical Advancement Board
Current Illinois RN license
Current CPR
ACLS certified (will allow 3 months to work on obtaining ACLS)
Job Description:
Develops and maintains a therapeutic relationship throughout the healthcare continuum
Facilitates the patient and family’s right to receive quality, cost effective care
Demonstrates a commitment to meeting the learning needs of patients and families.
Care of GI patients before during and after the procedure.
Performs conscious sedation.
Hours of operation (6:30AM to 5:00 PM)
Works 1 Saturday every 6 weeks
