Certified Medical Assistant or higher

Job Description:

Is responsible and accountable for the coordination of the clinical operations for RMG at both Cicero and Wilson. The RMG practices provide comprehensive primary care services for both pediatric and adult patients. Provides "hands on" clinical care and oversight to a full complement of services. Plans, coordinates and manages personnel and resources in order to provide the highest quality patient care with professional, and competent staff in the most cost-effective manner. Responsible for the orientation and training of all clinical staff related to primary care.

Accountabilities:
1. Human Resource Management: Provides the day to day on site supervision of the RMG Wilson site and oversite to clinical operations at Cicero site.

5. Operational Management: Working with the Practice Mgr and Medical Director is responsible for operational management activities that encompass the clinical side of the practice i.e. exam room layout or clinical workflow.
