Knowledge of floor care power machinery.
Ability to lift and pull a minimum of 10 lbs.
Floor and carpet knowledge.
Able to identify cleaning chemicals and has and understanding of MSDS.
High school graduate or equivalent. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. Ability to read, follow instructions and use basic math skills. Must be flexible and adapt easily to changes in schedule, work assignments, and environment.

Job Description:
The Environmental Services Associate performs all functions related to environmental services and support structures, including collecting and proper disposing of all kinds of trash; maintains cleanliness of floors, walls, bathrooms, offices, nurses stations, medicine rooms, etc. in all general, clinical, and ancillary areas.
Accountabilities:
1. Customer Satisfaction Address and resolve customer complaints. Ensure on-time completion of your performance pathway. Send out co-worker feedback forms 6 months before review to associates you and your leader have identified as able to provide valuable feedback. Submit self-evaluation to leader two weeks before review. Participate quarterly in the TNT associate satisfaction survey. Submit ideas each year for improving customer satisfaction.
