Job Description:
To provide a quality food service for our customers which meets their nutritional requirements and service expectations. Performance Improvement is utilized to develop, assess and evaluate performance monitors to improve key processes and key result areas.
Accountabilities:
1. Prepares & delivers patient meals and nourishment that meet the prescribed diet order and customer expectations.
2. Performs the warewashing for the department meal service program in accordance with department policy and in compliance with Board of Health Regulations.
3. Participates in the department s Performance Improvement Plan to improves key processes and result areas.
4. Provides a safe and clean environment which meets customer needs and regulatory requirements.
5. Participates in area inservices, training, orientation sessions and meetings
6. Demonstrates customer focused behaviors in day to day interactions with all customer groups
