* Basic leadership skills.

* Current registration by the ADA (may be registry eligible and scheduled to take examination within 6 months of employment.) Failure to pass the examination will result in
immediate termination.

* Eligible to be licensed by the State of Illinois as a licensed dietitian.

Job Description:

To provide quality nutrition education to clients and/or family members in accordance with the prescribed or assessed diet order, in an effort to improve client knowledge of nutrition and diet therapy and attain compliance. To evaluate, recommend and document nutrition interactions on all clients seen.
