- Understanding of positioning and technique
factors as in CT Protocol Books
- Able to perform all common CT procedures
- Good oral & written communication skills

- Maintains active IEMA License
- Minimum 3 - 5 years full time experience
as a Radiologic Technologist
- Past supervisory experience preferred
- Fully skilled in all areas of general

Job Description:

To provide diagnostic Computed Tomography Services to inpatients, outpatients, and Emergency Department patients under the direction of the supervising radiologist in accordance with established operating procedures and clinical protocols. To provide safe, prompt, efficient, and cost effective CT Services.
Accountabilities:
1. Performs Computed Tomography procedures utilizing General Electric Lightspeed, Brightspeed, and VCT CT Systems according to established operating procedures, clinical protocols, and filming techniques.
2. Coordinates the scheduling of inpatients and outpatients to ensure efficient utilization of CT equipment and personnel.
3. Obtains patient history and other relevant clinical information; documents all patient information on appropriate forms in preparation for review and dictation by a radiologist.
4. Starts IVs using appropriate technique, prepares and administers contrast material, and monitors patient condition during the CT procedure.
5. Performs Quality Assurance Tests on CT equipment to ensure optimal image quality and equipment performance.
